The Impartiality and Neutrality Committee is the committee that controls the neutrality and impariality in the grading of the condition of money under the MGC brand. It should be noted that the purchase, sale, and supply of money under the MGC brand is not carried out.

The committee members consist of individuals who have a sample collection and are trained and experienced in grading the condition of money in the industry as collectors. Other members consist of academic staff with expertise in the history of money.
